How/where to install kitchen cabinets: directly on wood subfloor or on the tile?

I’ve never done this myself, but on all the tv design shows it always appears that the tiling is done first.

most cabinets go in after the floor is in there are draw back to both if you wait until your floor is in no problem with built in dishwasher or trash compactor if you install floor after it will take less tile but getting the dish washer in and out for servicing will be rather tricky

When you go to change a floor it is impossible to change the floor under the cabinets, so you can install on top with the toe kick hiding the joints and plywood lifting the plumbing fixtures up to the same level.
